1. Eligibility & Accounts

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service (in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). By using this Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties (e.g., misuse or illegal activity).

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• No Free Trials: All subscriptions are paid at the time of sign-up.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before any price change becomes effective for existing subscribers.
• Chargebacks: You agree to contact us at info@bevai.io to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. We review all chargebacks within 30 days. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

3. Intellectual Property & AI Content

• BEVai Brand: All original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated output) remain the exclusive property of BEVai.
• User Ownership of Output: You own the AI-generated content produced by the Service after it has been exported.
• Copyright Disclaimer: Because our content is generated by artificial intelligence, BEVai does not guarantee that the output is free from third-party intellectual property or copyright claims. You use the AI-generated content at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your use of the content does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Scraping: Using any automated system, including "robots" or "spiders," to access the Service or harvest data.
• Illegal Content: Generating or sharing content that is illegal, fraudulent, or encourages criminal behavior.
• Hateful Content: Using the Service to generate content that is deemed hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward individuals or groups.

5. Disclaimers ("As-Is")

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BEVai makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEVai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any AI-generated content produced therein.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
• Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Nevada, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
